FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, process for producing of modified material from oil-bearing crop seeds.
SUBSTANCE: modified material is produced from oil-bearing crop seeds. Method involves extracting material from oil-bearing crop seeds using aqueous solution for producing of suspension; separating extract and passing it through filtration system comprising microcellular membrane characterized by molecular mass cutoff value of at least 25,000 and filtering surface having edge wetting angle less than 40 deg.
EFFECT: improved quality of modified material and simplified method of producing said material.
