FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining biological fluids. Venous blood is taken to prepare sample by drying, making suspension in Vaseline oil. The sample is examined using infrared spectroscopy method. Spectroscopic analysis of the produced sample is carried out in 1200-1000 cm-1 bandwidth. Then, peak heights are measured in absorption bands having maximum at1170, 1165, 1150, 1140, 1125, 1100, 1070 and 1025 cm-1. Then, the following values are calculated. They are value of C as mean peak height among all peaks; value of B as ratio of peak height with maximum in 1170 cm-1 point to C; value of B as ratio of peak height with maximum in 1100 cm-1 point to C; value of mm as minimum value over all ratios calculated for all peaks to C. The calculated data are compare to reference values for pathological and normal conditions for which the following intervals are defined: A>0.62, 0.28<B<0.5, 0.24<mm<0.37 for pathological conditions and 0.43<A<0.62, B<0.28, mm>0.24 for norm. The diagnosis is set by taking into account to which of the intervals the examination value belongs. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
