METHOD OF PREDICTING THE RISK OF DEVELOPING GESTATIONAL PYELONEPHRITIS IN PREGNANT WOMEN Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B5/53 A61B5/107 A61B8/00 G01N33/48 G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2799139 C1

FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for personalized prediction of the development of gestational pyelonephritis in pregnant women. A complex clinical-laboratory, instrumental, anthropometric and bioimpedance-metric study of body composition parameters is carried out. Then the obtained record of the integral impedance is subjected to machine transformation with the formation of a graphic protocol and automated identification of the constitutional type, obtaining prognostic indicators. The obtained prognostic indicators are assigned prognostic coefficients. If the sum of prognostic coefficient values is 25 points and above, a high risk of developing gestational pyelonephritis is determined. If the sum of values is less than 25 points, a low risk of developing gestational pyelonephritis is determined.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of predicting gestational pyelonephritis in the absence of a negative effect of the study on the body of a pregnant woman.
