FIELD: instrumentation engineering, manufacture of device measuring acceleration and employed in navigation and orientation systems. SUBSTANCE: blank of torsion bar is heated to softening temperature in electric arc and torsion bar is stretched along its axis with simultaneous movement of arc electrodes along same axis and in direction perpendicular to it. Film comprising several layers of various metals is deposited. Multilayer metallization of sensitive element is carried out so that layer of metal displaying least coefficient of linear thermal expansion, as compared with other layers, borders on quartz surface of sensitive element, layers showing greater conductivity in comparison with first layer follow first layer. Last of layers is deposited by electrochemical method. Torsion bars are welded to base and frame-pendulum with the help of electric arc which electrodes do not precipitate in points of welding. EFFECT: provision for reproducibility of electromechanical properties of sensitive element made of quartz glass which define operation parameters of pendulum accelerometer. 2 cl
