FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with thermovision testing plantar surfaces of feet at several stages of operation conducted. Initial temperature value is registered in autonomous area of compressed radical's innervation and its dynamics after introduced narcosis and after the first shift of both a radical and a sac. In case of higher temperature as a result of introduced narcosis followed by its increase after the first shift of radical and sac from hernial disk one should conclude upon the absence of organic alteration in a radical. In case of increased temperature as a result of introduced narcosis followed by its decrease after the first shift of radical and sac one should observe the presence of noncoarse alteration in a radical. In case of decreased temperature in autonomous area as a result of introduced narcosis followed by its decrease after the first shift of radical and sac it is necessary to detect coarse alterations in a radical. The method enables to detect the cause of lesions occurring in a radical and degree of its safety. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. _
