FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with increasing human working capacity due to preventing pupils' fatigue, especially, in their computerized preparing and studying, due to improving conditions for body adaptation to extreme loadings, providing conditions for interaction and urgent increase of efficiency by applying dynamic feedback between fatigue of central nervous system (working dominant) and value of psychophysiological loading. Then one should measure human heart rate (HR), respiration in the course of "active relaxation" and "psychophysiological loading", moreover, during active relaxation it is necessary to perform respiratory exercises successively in20 min against the onset of lessons for 1-3 min at delayed respiration on expiration in random mode, then comes pulmonary hyperventilation with air moistened with volatile sea products, for example, sea algae "Algaflora", for 1-2 min, moreover, body physiological state is detected by altered frequency of pulse and respiration and according to comparing results against initial values one should conclude upon optimal nature of impact mode, and as a controlled parameter one should apply the time for pulse leveling.
