FIELD: sports medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical training, health-improving gymnastics, therapeutic physical training and sports medicine and can be used for improvement of human body functional capabilities in case of physical and mental fatigue. Method involves physical exercises in sections. Introductory section includes a series of movements in initial position of standing, performed in slow rate, aimed at deepening of inspiration, coordination of movements, action, stretching muscles and joints with preservation of heart rate and uniform breathing. Main section is performed in the initial position on all fours "in the stalls" and involves power exercises at an average rate under controlled uniform breathing with subsequent relaxation. Final section is performed in an initial standing position and involves physical exercises at a slow rate aimed at relaxation, delay and respiratory depression.
EFFECT: method enables effective and fast recovery and enhancement of human body performance in case of physical and mental fatigue.
