SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, rehabilitation, neurology, psychotherapy and physiotherapy and can be used in the rehabilitation of patients in the late recovery period after acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Daily sessions of rational-emotive-behavioral psychotherapy (REPT) for 40-60 minutes are carried out for 12 days. A session of progressive muscle relaxation is carried out for 15 minutes. Then, breathing training is conducted daily with the use of heart rate BFB based on diaphragmatic relaxation breathing (DRB) according to A.A. Smetankin, 12 sessions. Next, a session of psychophysiological electrical impulse action is carried out using a device: the multifunctional glasses “Mind Spa”. The training program “Progressive Relaxation Alpha Training”, Alpha 1, is used for 22 minutes, the course is 12 days. Moreover, in the case of “Mind Spa” sessions, glasses with blue LEDs are used in the first half of the day, and in the second, with white LEDs.

EFFECT: method provides relief of anxiodepressive symptoms, improvement of the psychological state of the patient, their socialization, psychological adaptation, general motor recovery, improvement of muscle tone, fine motor skills.
