FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has large and small canals and holes for introducing and discharging liquid media. The canals are fully isolated from each other. Probe length allows making small intestine intubation allover the whole length. The first decompression hole is placed below the stomach at the level of initial portion of the jejunum. Probe olive is radiopaque and has cross-piece for catching and guiding the probe into intestine. Probe end is provided with sealed junctions with a system for introducing and actively sucking liquids. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; optimum decompression, small intestine lavage and early enteric nutrition. 1 dwg
