FIELD: transplantology. SUBSTANCE: sterilization method is characterized by that, before sterilization, preparations enveloped in film packaging are frozen and placed in chamber, wherein sterilization is carried out for 30 min while consuming ethylene oxide, as measured by monovacuumeter, from 1 kg/sq. cm to -3 kg/sq.cm, after which transplants are removed from chamber and placed in freezer wherein sterilization is continued at temperature from -10 to -20 C for 5 days. EFFECT: decreased residence time of biological objects in chamber and improved preservation of bioplastic properties in transplants.
