FIELD: metallurgy; particularly, production of nonoriented electrical-sheet (dynamo) steel. SUBSTANCE: method of production of nonoriented electrical-sheet steel incorporates steps of repeated cold rolling of hot-rolled strips, subsequent decarbonizing and recrystallization annealing. With the aim of enhancing electromagnet properties the repeated rolling is carried out within several stages with total reduction of 85-95 % with relationship between thickness of rolled strip and diameter of rolls being equal to 0.001-0.009; between stages of cold rolling trimming of cold-rolled strips takes place, while decarbonizing and recrystallization annealing processes are carried out under temperature of 780- 850 C and 900-1050 C respectively.
