FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: out of continuous cast thin slabs there is melted steel containing wt %: Si 2.5-4.0, C 0.01-0.10, Mn 0.02-0.50, S and Se in sum 0.005-0.04 and unavoidable impurities - the rest. Further, the procedure consists in out-of-furnace refining of melt in a vacuum installation and/or in a ladle/furnace, in continuous casting melt and producing a billet, in cutting the billet into thin slabs, in heating thin slabs in a furnace, in a continuous hot rolling thin slabs in rolling mills, in producing hot rolled strip, in its cooling, in winding it into a coil, in cold rolling hot rolled strip and in producing cold rolled strip, in re-crystallisation and de-carbonisation annealing cold rolled strip, in applying dividing coating, and in finish annealing annealed cold rolled strip, thus creating Goss textures compatible between them so, that electro-technical sheet steel with optimal electro-magnetic properties can be produced at conventional aggregates.

EFFECT: facilitating cost effective production of high grade electro-technical flat bar with oriented grain.
