FIELD: alloy metallurgy; particularly, production of high-temperature nickel alloys used for articles with single-crystalline structure, for instance, blades of gas turbines operating under high temperature. SUBSTANCE: high-temperature nickel alloy, article made out of this alloy, and method of thermal treatment of alloy and article out of this alloy are contrived. Alloy has the following chemical composition (fraction of total mass, %): chromium - 2.0-3.0; cobalt - 9.5-13.0; aluminum- 5.3-5.9; tungsten - 0.1-0.9; molybdenum - 1.0-2.0; tantalum - 7.0-1.0; rhenium - 11.1-13.0; cerium - 0.002- 0.02; lanthan - 0.021-0.2; yttrium - 0.002-0.02; carbon - 0.002-0.2; boron - 0.0004-0.004; nickel - the balance. Contrived article is made out of this high-temperature nickel alloy. Method of thermal treatment of high-temperature nickel alloy and article made out of this alloy comprises steps of heating under controlled atmosphere, homogenizing annealing within interval between temperature of complete dissolution of hardening γ′-phase (Tc.d.) and temperature of local melting (Tl.m.), double-stage ageing and subsequent cooling, wherein high-temperature nickel alloy and article out of this alloy prior to homogenizing annealing are subject to preliminary three-stage annealing, where the first stage of annealing is heating up to temperature Tl.m.-60±10°C, the second stage of annealing is heating up to temperature Tl.m.-40±10°C, the third stage of annealing is heating up to temperature Tl.m.-(15-25)°C, with holding between heating stages being not less than 2 hours, while heating speed makes up not more than 1- 2 C/min.
