SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely the production of heat-resistant nickel-based alloys for the manufacture of products by selective laser alloying. Heat-resistant powder alloy based on nickel for the manufacture of products by selective laser alloying contains, wt%: chromium 1.6-2.4, cobalt 3.0-4.0, aluminum 5.6-6.2, tungsten 4.6- 5.6, molybdenum 1.6-2.6, tantalum 6.0-7.8, carbon 0.12-0.2, boron 0.008-0.03, rhenium 5.4-7.4, ruthenium 4, 0-6.0, yttrium 0.002-0.02, cerium 0.001-0.02, lanthanum 0.002-0.2, neodymium 0.005-0.01, magnesium 0.001-0.009, calcium 0.001-0.009, oxygen 0.0001-0.002, nitrogen 0.0001-0.002, nickel - the rest of it. An article made of a heat-resistant powder alloy based on nickel is made by selective laser alloying on a single-crystal seed substrate with a given axial orientation <001>.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high strength at temperatures up to 1200°С.
