FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and is provided for usage in the capacity of flow regulator of hot gas, operating on combustion materials of solid fuels with high temperature and pressure at regulation of rocket's flight by planes of stabilisation. Flow regulator of hot gas contains casing with inlet and outlet pipe branches, installed into outlet pipe branch saddle with delivery outlet, contacting to cylindrical surfaces of saddle correcting member. Axis of delivery outlet of saddle is perpendicular to cylindrical surface of contact of correcting member and saddle. Saddle is implemented as composite. Contacting to correcting member part of saddle is implemented from isotropic carbon and is installed by fit over the adhesive compound into blind rectangular hole of other part of saddle. This other part of saddle is implemented from heat-resistant metal alloy. One of sides of rectangular hole of saddle is perpendicular to cylindrical surface of contact of correcting member and saddle. Both parts of saddle contact to its butts by reciprocal identical surfaces. Delivery outlet of saddle part from isotropic carbon is located inside the delivery outlet of saddle part from heat-resistant metal alloy.
EFFECT: load reduction on drive ensured by reduction of friction ratio between saddle and correcting member.
