Each container of the ballast device is equipped with its strip of flexible material, which, during installation of the device in the pipes, is put on the strip of the oppositely lying container. Transverse and external linear sides of the flat frame are fixed on the perimeter of each container, and the inner linear sides on the edges of the strip of the oppositely lying container.
