FIELD: thermal or chemico-thermal treatment of parts. SUBSTANCE: loading gear to hold parts subject to thermal treatment in furnace has loading platforms. Loading platforms are spaced apart by some distance with the aid of posts. Posts form bearing supports made of thermal structural composite material. Gear is also fitted with base and bearing strut. Bearing strut is made fast to base, protrudes beyond central part of base and is located over entire height of loading gear as minimum. Loading platforms have central holes designed to position bearing strut. Equal number of posts for successive installation of platforms in located on each loading platform. Posts are placed on one line to form columns mounted over entire height of loading gear taking load. At least one post located on each platform has position and/or dimensions different from position and/or dimensions of other posts placed on same platform for identification of platforms in process of their mounting. EFFECT: optimal loading in process of treatment of comparatively great number of identical parts, possibility of robotic loading-unloading of parts. 13 cl, 2 dwg
