FIELD: smoked fish and meat production. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing insoluble substances from smoking liquid with following introducing of plant additives; additionally purifying smoking liquid with chitin; adding chitosan in an amount of 0.5-5.0%. Plant additive is alcoholic solution of medicinal plants, such as alcoholic solution of eleutherococcus, ginseng or magnolia-vine. Smoking liquid and alcoholic solution ratio is 1:0.001-0.049. Method allows smoked products to be enriched by number of useful substances of medicinal plants.
