FIELD: medicine, intestinal surgery. SUBSTANCE: one anastomosed end of intestinal loop should be turned to the angle of 45 deg. against another one along longitudinal axis towards mutually opposite sides. The first row of sutures should be applied up the level of entering into suturing strip of the last kept vasa recta. The second row of sutures should be applied after entering the suturing trip of the last kept vasa recta. The method enables to decrease the risk of intestinal anastomosis failure.
