FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology-orthopedics. In application of tendon suture proximal end of tendon is sewn with loop suture with bringing out thread ends through butt end surface of tendon proximal end. Loop is formed from one end of thread by its folding in two. Wire is introduced through skin of apical finger surface longitudinally into nail phalanx to distal interphalangeal joint. After that, formed loop is brought out by means of needle through soft tissues on apical surface of nail phalanx into the place of wire introduction. Loop is thrown over end of wire protruding above skin. After that, sewn end of tendon is brought to the place of tendon attachment in the area of nail phalanx by pulling by end of thread, thrown above wire, until loop submerging into soft tissues with providing rest against nail phalanx. Thread ends are tied up. End of wire projecting above skin is cut off.
EFFECT: method ensures strength of tendon suture, elimination of pressure on soft tissues of apical surface of nail phalanx, creation of favourable conditions for tendon sliding, reduction of trauma and number of post-operation complications.
