FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making superficial triangular flap. Penetrating incision is carried out in deep layers of sclera. Cyclodialysis is done from 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock. Deep tetragonal sclera flap is formed and excised near the base. Basal portion of iris is pulled into the wound and a triangular flap is cut out with its base directed towards ciliary body. The basal flap is turned with its pigmented leaf outside. Triangular iris flap apex is sutured and attached to posterior part of deep scleral lip under tension. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved inraocular fluid discharge; deepened anterior chamber. 10 dwg
