FIELD: electrophysics, separation of heavy isotopes. SUBSTANCE: source 1 is connected through exhaust conduit 3 to system of ion-cyclotron resonance heating and collection. Ion source 1 forms narrow plasma flow 2. Exhaust conduit 3 limits lateral dimensions of formed dense plasma exhibiting density of the order of 1012 cm-3.. HF antenna of electrode-capacitive type includes external plates 4 and face electrodes 5. It forms uniform electric field in homogeneous magnetic field. External plates 4 of HF antenna are also collectors of heated resonance ions. Face electrodes 5 are collectors of nonresonance ions at same time. Device for realization of process is fitted with coils of magnetic system 6. Source 1, exhaust conduit 3, external plates 4, face electrodes 5 and coils of magnetic system 6 are housed in vacuum chamber 7. Utilization of process makes it feasible to raise productivity with growth of plasma density. EFFECT: increased productivity and degree of ion separation, diminished dimensions of device thanks to insertion of HF field right into volume of plasma by contact method. 2 dwg
