FIELD: isotope separation. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on separation of isotopes in plasma. In order to decrease magnet system dimensions and increase efficiency of plasma heating, isotope separation apparatus contains ring-shaped plasma source, magnet system in the form uniform magnetic field coil with non-uniform field region, and high-frequency antenna consisting of coaxially arranged annular electron emitters installed near the end of uniform magnetic field coil on the side of plasma source. EFFECT: achieved compactness of apparatus with more efficient plasma heating system. 2 dwg
