FIELD: construction, in particular, procedure of manufacture of laminated constructions with a cellular aggregate. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that after tension and imparting the rated contour to the cellular aggregate it is filled with an urethane foam composition, containing oriented elastic fibers of non-conducting nap. After polymerization the cellular pile is machined leaving a process allowance, which is mechanically loosened and solved by an organic solvent. The casings and the cellular aggregate are installed in the assembly jig providing for resting of the casings on the non-conducting nap forming an interelectrode gap at electrochemical machining. After that the inner cavity of the cellular panel is treated with acetone dissolving the urethane foam composition together with the elastic non-conducting nap, providing for fit of the end faces of the cellular aggregate in the formed extracts of the network of channels. The casings and the cellular aggregate are heated providing for fusion of the solder and connection of the plate members. EFFECT: reduced labor content in manufacture of the panel. 7 dwg
