FIELD: materials handling machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors for vertical and high-angle transportation of loose materials. Proposed high-angle conveyor contains carrying and pressure belts passed over drive, tension and two rows of deflecting drums secured on inclined levers hinge mounted on conveyor frame. Said inclined levers are provided with leading members intercoupled by means of flexible member with weight on one end passing in turn over leading members of inclined levers of one row of deflecting drums and leading members of inclined levers of other row of deflecting drums. Leading members are installed on inclined levers for displacement. Inclined levers of deflecting drums of one row are provided with arm lever members on their upper ends which are hinge-coupled through tie-rod with inclined levers of adjacent deflecting drums of other row. Tie-rod is arranged square to arm lever member and adjacent inclined lever, and joints coupling them tie-rod are arranged at equal distance from axis of inclined lever suspension hinge-joint. Each inclined lever with arm lever member is provided with separate mechanism to change power action of deflecting drums into carrying and pressure belts of conveyor. Said mechanism includes cable tension adjuster. One end of cable is coupled with hinge joint of arm lever member of inclined lever and tie-rod, and other end is connected with tension adjuster spring.
