SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with drive and agitator made in form of flat toothed inclined knife with supporting shield located under it and vertical struts mounted between knife and shield in staggered order; inner surface of inclined supporting shield is provided with helical grooves which change to spiral shape before first struts in way of motion of dirty layer; flat toothed knife is made in form of witch of Agnesi with framing of edges by cycloidal conductors manufactured from strong flexible plastic plates; its upper surface is provided with curvilinear spiral guides.
