SUBSTANCE: device has drive and looser made in form of flat toothed inclined knife with support shield arranged under knife and vertical pillars installed between knife and shield in staggered order. Screw-like grooves are made on inner surface of inclined support shield. Grooves turn into spiral before first pillars in direction of flow of contaminated layer.
