FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to equipment intended for cleaning gas and liquid from impurities, particularly, to radial-flow separators. Separator comprises vertical casing with cover and bottom, cartridge made up of top cylindrical section and bottom tapered section furnished with coaxial pipe, gas-liquid mix tangential inlet passed through casing into cartridge inner chamber, gas outlet branch pipe jointed to cartridge inner chamber by gas bleeder, liquid discharge branch pipe and sludge discharge branch pipe. Cartridge cylindrical section edges are attached to casing cover inner side. Said section has vertical cutouts and filtration element adjoining cylindrical section wall on the side of cartridge inner chamber. Cartridge tapered part coaxial tube is fitted into sludge discharge branch pipe to telescope therein. Clearance between casing and cartridge communicates with gas bleeder with bleeder branch pipe.
EFFECT: preventing clogging of separator by solid fractions.
