SUBSTANCE: panel with controlled radiation transmission coefficient includes assemblage of parts mounted for rotation and radiation shutting off. Each part has at least one area which is mainly opaque and aid to rotate part shutting off radiation. Parts shutting off radiation by rotation are so arranged that at least in one angular position they substantially shut off radiation through panel, in many other selected angular positions parts ensure aggregate of different radiation transmission coefficients. Panel includes collection of transparent tubular cells. At least one shutting off part is installed in certain tubular cells, aid to rotate parts shutting off radiation is placed inside tubular cell.
