SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical instrument contains battery units. Battery units have multitude of cells. At least, part of cells can lack electric contacts with each other. Battery units include switch or mechanism for connection of multitude of cells. Battery units can include charge switch or socket, intended for electrical connection of battery unit anode with battery unit cathode, for instance, via resistive element.
EFFECT: simplification of transportation, storage and utilisation.
