FIELD: testing of state of protected mobile and immobile objects. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with invention there are formed, encoded and emitted alarm signals of unauthorized opening of guarded object, owner's signals of submission for protection and removal from protection of guarded object, signals testing serviceability of radio channel and threat signal in case of emergency or in case of threat to life of owner. Central monitoring station forms, encodes and emits signals acknowledging facts of submission for protection and removal from protection and interrogating signal if no signal testing serviceability of radio channel is available. Frequency-time matrixes carrying information on individual features of guarded object formed on basis of individual keys are utilized for encoding. This approach ensures uninterrupted reception of data on position and state of guarded object. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of control over state of guarded object. 2 cl, 5 dwg
