FIELD: laser engineering and microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: container has U-shaped chamber which is formed by top and bottom flanges and three concentrically disposed cylindrical shells. External shell is joined at one butt end to internal flange. Other butt end of shell is joined to butt end of internal shell. The latter is plugged on opposite end. Intermediate shell is secured on external flange. This shell divides chamber into two regions. Container charging cartridge has gas-penetrable bag. Pore size of the latter is 2 to 10 mcm. Bag is filled with mixture of gas sorbent powder and conducting-material powder inert to gas and sorbent, volume proportion of conducting-material powder being 0.3 to 0.5.
