SUBSTANCE: proposed switching device and method designed to process malicious call provide for outputting malicious caller over assigned caller identifier channel and to record telephone talk of malicious caller by third person. To this end proposed method includes steps of establishing communication channels between calling and called subscribers in response to ringer signal from calling subscriber, finding out if subscriber s call is malicious, taking decision on necessity of establishing calling subscriber identification only or establishing calling subscriber identification including listening to telephone talk in case call is found malicious, finding out if third assigned communication channel for servicing listening is established in case caller identifier is to be identified along with listening to telephone talk, connecting listening facilities when third channel is used, and outputting established caller identifier, data on call, and heard signals in communication channel.
