SUBSTANCE: the device has at least one occluding element. The form-shaping element represents the surface of a cellular structure body of revolution obtains by the method of knitting with formation of interconnected loops and entering one into another, hardness nodes are formed in the points of connection of the loops. The occluding element is made in the form of the film coat enveloping at least part of the body of revolution for closing the blood flow in the point of installation. EFFECT: produced a device for low-invasion cardiac surgery used for elimination of heart diseases associated with the presence of a defect in the heart septum, and occlusion of vessels, which makes it possible to quickly and reliably cover the lumens and defects of heart septums of any geometry. 8 cl, 4 dwg
