FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used in small-invasive operations at vessels. Device has main and external catheters and centering and fixing member connected with one of catheters. Centering and fixing member has to be body of rotation. Surface of that body of rotation has through openings; the body of rotation is made for change in space and shape during mounting it in gap of vessel or hollow organ till touch with internal surface of vessel or hollow organ at least in two points disposed on line being parallel to axis of symmetry of vessel or of hollow organ. Centering and fixing member has single area of tight connection with one of catheters, which area is disposed at end part of catheter close to open edge of device, which is used to make manipulations from.

EFFECT: reliable centering and fixation; reduced traumatism of internal walls.
