FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two movable and coaxially aligned members. The outer one is protection cover and the internal one being ring or balloon, has pusher having olive on its distal end, rest segment for placing the stent, fastening member rigidly fixed on rest segment tube. The stent and delivering device have radiopaque marks. Stent surface is shaped as rhombus with unequal sides which greater diagonal is directed along the stent axis. EFFECT: high accuracy in setting the stent in predefined vessel segment; enhanced effectiveness in keeping its lumen unchanged. 7 cl, 3 dwg
