FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out melanoma hyperthermia using infrared laser radiation of the nearest bandwidth. When performing sclerouveoectomy, scleral flap is separated with its base turned to limb. The flap is step-by-step sutured while moving from the melanoma. Combine vitreoretinal intervention is carried out with barrier type retina coagulation. Gas or silicon oil is introduced into eye cavity. Diode laser is used for carrying out endolaser type coagulation at wavelength of 0.81 mcm Or Nd:YAG laser at wavelength of 1.06 mcm. The operation can be done by means of circumferential filling of sclera. After having done sclerouveoectomy, laser irradiation of melanoma remnants is carried out. Hyperthermia and laser irradiation of melanoma can be done with the same lasers with radiation density of 15-20 or 30-40 , respectively. Hyperthermia and laser irradiation of melanoma is optionally done in transscleral or transpupillar way. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented metastases occurrence.
