FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: one should form episcleral flap to be introduced into suprachorioidal space via through oblique scleral incision at flap's bottom. Transplant should be applied above episcleral flap to be partially introduced into suprachorioidal space. Then comes contact transscleral laserocoagulation of vascular membrane and pigmentary retinal epithelium in area of episcleral flap's projection. One should form conglomerates out of fused parts of revascularized flap and vascular membrane. As a transplant one should apply Alloplant biomaterial. The method enables to restore failed intraocular vascular route.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
