FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves adsorbing fresh frozen human plasma cryosupernantant on a column with DEAE- Sefarose FF, eluating prothrombin complex, precipitating it with barium chloride. The produced precipitate is dissolved in sodium citrate buffer solution and subjected to chromatographic analysis on a column with heparin- Sefarose and to following elution of the next fraction containing blood coagulation X-factor. Then it is incubated with Russel viper poison in final concentration of the latter one of 7.4-7.6 mcg/ml for 6-7 h. The mixture is subjected to chromatographic analysis on a column with DEAE-Sefarose FF, eluating the end product with sodium citrate buffer solution, diluting it 1.5-2.5 times as intensively with stabilizer solution containing albumin, polyethylene glycol 6000, sodium chloride and sodium citrate and is then lyophilized.
