SUBSTANCE: the adapter includes a rotary body of the Luer's adapter, valve drive of the Luer's adapter and a valve member having a duct for fluid that runs from the axially arranged end to the eccentrically arranged end. The mutually engageable tenons and grooves prevent turning of the valve member relative to the body. The annular bulge and the groove prevent extraction of the valve drive from the body. The mutually engageable tenons and the diametrically arranged spaced grooves set the valve to the open or closed position inside the body. A plug in the form of a tampon of elastomer is fastened over the open end of the valve drive enveloping parts of the Luer's adapter to provide a reliable sealing from the back flow of fluid from the organism, when the flow tube is disconnected. The plug has a configuration providing for a single or double sealing. EFFECT: prevented leakages and sedimentation of particles at a repeated use. 25 cl, 14 dwg
