The wire guide and friction zone are of corresponding dimensions and make engagement with each other to create friction between the friction zone and the wire guide to enable the engine to rotate about the wire guide. Thrombus-trapping trough is connected to the engine. The blades are connected to the engine to initiate spiral blood circulation pattern when rotating the engine. The spiral blood circulation causes thrombi available in blood to deviate towards the internal wall of tubular organ cavity to be caught in the thrombus-trapping trough mounted lower in blood circulation flow far away from the blades.
