FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vascular surgery and is intended for occlusion of left atrial auricle. Device contains first part, which has first diametre, ensuring blocking of left atrial auricle and made with possibility of placement across and outside lkeft atrial auricle; and second cylindrical part, which has second diametre, which ensures blocking of lumen of cavity, determined by left atrial auricle, and made with possibility of placement, at least, partly inside and across said cavity. Each of first and second parts contains at least one occlusion plane, and they are connected by transition segment, made with possibility to ensure flexibility between first and second parts to 30 degrees.
EFFECT: increase of flexibility and improvement of holding inside vessel or cavity.
