FIELD: entrapping finely-dispersed liquid and solid particles from gas flow in field of action of centrifugal forces. SUBSTANCE: proposed separator has vertical cylindrical housing, horizontal cover, inlet, outlet and drain branch pipes, deflector and separation stack consisting of flat bent and bow-shaped plates which form slotted passages in overlapping zones. Inner surface of vertical bow-shaped plate located in way of motion of gas-and-liquid flow is provided with converging bow-shaped guide plates at angle of 30 deg. to level for accumulation and transportation of film liquid from inner surface of bow-shaped plate to zone of slotted passage. Provision is made for rectangular open chutes which are used for carrying liquid phase from zone of slotted passage to inner surface of apparatus housing; said chutes occupy 1/7 to 1/8 of sectional area bounded by inner surface of housing and outer surface of stack; mounted in upper portion of separation stack in hole of horizontal cover is well-trap formed by outer lower portion of cylindrical surface of outlet branch pipe, lower surface of cover and inner surface of upper portion of separation plates.
