FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; petroleum industry; other industries; devices intended for trapping the gaseous, fine-dispersed, aerosol and dissolved liquid particles and mechanical impurities from the gas streams.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for trapping the gaseous, fine-dispersed, aerosol and dissolved liquid particles and mechanical impurities from the gas stream, and may be used in petroleum, gaseous, chemical and other industries. The separator contains: the vertical cylindrical body; the upper bottom and the lower bottom; the inlet, outlet and drain fitting pipes; the deflector with the reflective plate; the separation packet consisting of the vertical flat bent separation plates, which in the area of the overlap form the slot channels; the false bottom. The separator contains the ejection chamber rigidly consolidated on the outer surface of the cylindrical body and permanently hydraulically linked with the separator concavity through the outlet opening located between the partition and the cover. In the ejector chamber there are located coaxially to each other the inlet fitting pipe and the ejector rigidly consolidated in the hole of the body below the horizontal partition. At that the axis of the ejector is shifted in the horizontal direction concerning the axis of the body. The separation packet is rigidly consolidated from above to the edge of the hole of the horizontal partition and from below - to the lower axial disk of the separation packet, which is rigidly consolidated to the pin, which end is arranged without a clearance in the hole of the false bottom. The gas-trapping component, which has been made with possibility to pass the gas through the lateral surface, is mounted inside the separation packet and coaxially to it. At that the gas-trapping component is rigidly consolidated from above at the level of the horizontal partition to the lower butt of the coaxial to it pipe, and from below - to the lower axial disk of the gas-trapping component, which is rigidly consolidated to the pins. The upper end of the pipe is rigidly consolidated in the hole of the horizontal cover. In compliance with the first version of the invention realization the outlet fitting pipe is arranged upright, the separator contains N cone-shaped guiding contraction tubes. In compliance with the second version the outlet fitting pipe is arranged horizontally, the separator is supplied with the thin-layer deflector located above the horizontal cover and containing the coaxially located cone-shaped plates of the different size and the annular hydraulic pocket. The technical result of the invention is the increased effectiveness of separation, the increased productivity, the decreased overall dimensions.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness of separation, the increased productivity, the decreased overall dimensions of the separator.
