FIELD: separation of gas-liquid mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed separator has housing with cover, branch pipes, deflector and stack of separating plates. Vertical axial line of plate stack is shifted relative to vertical axial line of separator housing to side for equalizing the rate of gas-liquid flow due to increased clearance between deflector and external surface of stack and due to decreased clearance on opposite side between external surface of stack and internal surface of separator housing ensuring correspondence of these clearances.
EFFECT: extended functional capabilities.
