FIELD: industrial inorganic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: nitrogen trifluoride is obtained by directly reacting fluorine gas with gaseous ammonia at 80 C or at lower temperature in presence of dilution gas, molar ratio fluorine to ammonia ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, concentration of fluorine being 3 mol % or less and concentration of ammonia 6 mol % or less. EFFECT: increased yield of nitrogen trifluoride based on F2 and enabled high safety level. 10 cl, 6 tbl, 6 ex
