FIELD: valves and fittings. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for reliably cutting off reverse liquid flow in pipelines. Proposed rotary check valve contains housing and movable shutoff member installed on articulated joint with axle. Shutoff member divides passage part into inlet and outlet spaces. Plates are installed on shutoff member from side of inlet space at angle to its sealing surface and in parallel with axle, being arranged with clearance relative to each other and to shutoff member. Plates are interconnected and connected with shutoff member by means of stiffening ribs. Said ribs are arranged parallel to each other and square to plates and axle of articulated joint. Invention provides reduction of dynamic resistance to liquid medium flow and stabilization of working flow and reduction of ripple factor. EFFECT: improved adaptability of manufacture, simplified design of rotary check valve. 3 cl, 4 dwg
