The flow passage of the device is cut off for damping of hydraulic impact in the inlet and outlet sections. The wave energy between flow interrupters is dissipated on perforated members. The excess of liquid medium between interrupters is directed to the variable volume space. The space between interrupters is separated into two hydraulically disconnected spaces.
