FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two coaxial tubes of which the external one has axially movable handle and the internal one has axially movable support ring to switch distribution mechanism having tubes for receiving and supplying liquids on the external tube and slits in the internal tube. When moving the internal tube, sequential switching of liquid suction or delivery occurs and corresponding changes of instrument configuration allowing the device to operate in single-lumen or double-lumen suction mode or washing mode, takes place. Stopper mechanism has springy plate fixable in grooves for retaining tubes in given relative positions. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation in supplying and discharging liquid and washing and drying modes. 4 dwg
