SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in video laparoscopic operations, step-wise videoscopic sanitation of the omental bursa for evacuating pathological effusion, blood, clots, and washing the abdominal cavity. Attachment for an aquapurator comprises a coaxially located tube, an outer handle, wherein the attachment comprises a tube with a funnel-shaped stop in the proximal part thereof, a screw located inside the tube, and a disk-shaped handle for rotating the screw.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the process of sanitation of the abdominal cavity, complex closed cavities containing clots and purulo-necrotic masses.
